Hello Everyone, This is Sandeep here currently an Entrepreneur working in Pharmaceuticals product. My plan is to expand my business digitally so that I can compete in PAN-India. After grabbing the course from our Guru Mr. Deepak Kanakaraju of Digital Marketing, I found the right path of success.
After successful completion of my 1st Assignment of Digital Marketing, I am here with my Second blog on “The Customer Avatar” which I learnt in my 2nd Class of Internship program from our Mentor Digital Deepak Sir.

The class starts with the simple principle which basic principle to start with Digital Marketing that one should follow.
The Golden Triangle
“When you teach, you understand things in better way”

The Golden Triangle depicts as learn>do>teach. When you learn something, it gets into your brain but not in an organised manner, once you start applying the information it starts settling in our mind. If you can teach others the things you have learnt in a simple manner and make them understand that means you have understood the same very well. So, the process not ends at a point of learning.

You should not be afraid of failures. Failures are stepping stone to success. Don’t let one little mistake ruin your entire day just remember that it is the proof that you are trying and doing your best.
Marketing is all about conversations.
Cory Doctorow, Blogger, Journalist and Author once said “Conversation is king. Content is just something to talk about. And conversational marketing gives your consumers to talk about”
You need to make the customers feel friendly, conversing them in a way to understand their requirements, their point of view. They must feel they know you already. You must be always connected to them as you can’t afford to lose the thread of communication. Joining the conversation with their mind can hold the thread of communication which will result in winning their faith.
Email Marketing
In the digitization era, Email marketing is the primary method of communication. Personalized mail plays great impact over the receiver. While writing the message you must write it to a single customer though it will be sent to thousands. As your customer will read it alone, one must feel the mail has been personalized only for him/her. We must connect with them with 1:1 communication.
Therefore, Once you are good in conversation you also appear as a buddy to the customer. When a customer reaches us with a query or hiccup and if you are there to provide the support they need, the customer is likely to remain loyal to your brand as they experienced that you care about them. Customer love personalization and customization and they love it when something is made just for them. With conversational marketing we can provide personalized recommendations to consumers looking for it.

We can fake only once but to make a good relationship with our customer we need to be Real and Authentic. Sharing your Authenticity is the most Transformational Gift you can give to the world.
Awkwardness is an indicator of learning
The last but not the least important point that I have learnt in the class to challenge own beliefs and thoughts the way one think or the things one already know. Finding new path can be awkward or uncomfortable one but it can be more effective way of doings things.
What is an Ideal Customer Avatar & How to create customer Avatar?
In Simple words Customer Avatar means to draft an artificial customer which represents the majority of your customers. If everyone is your Customer than no one is your Customer. It must be precisely known.
But what is the right way to figuring out the ideal customer?
Well, it is creating an IDEAL CUSTOMER AVATAR!!!
Taking guesses & assumption isn’t good enough anymore, and there simple isn’t any excuse for it.
To build a successful Customer Avatar we can use Survey method by placing some question in Questionnaire.

Hey Friends, meet my Customer Avatar named Sonu Sharma age 32 residing at Guwahati who is married with an Annual Salary Income ranging from 2.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh and living with parents. He is not purchasing medicines from E-Commerce site and is aware and has trust in generic Medicines.
Hopefully, this will help me further in searching of more customer avatar related to my field and expanding my business and going digitally. Thanks to Deepak Sir for enlightening a new way to search and identify customer base.
